It's true! On Monday July 23rd all Puget Sound Area Massage Envy locations (yes, Kirkland) will offer FREE one-hour massage sessions to active-duty military personnel and their significant others. This is the second annual "Massage for the Military Day" which serves as a way to both honor local heroes and their families as well as provide beneficial stress relief through massage. This program is brought in partnership with USO Puget Sound Area which delivers free morale, welfare and recreation services to more than 537,000 active-duty military, dependents, reservists and veterans annually.
Massage Envy participants should book early and reserve their spot by contacting the participating Massage Envy location nearest them. Military ID's will be required at check-in (nice try, I know you were thinking about sneaking in.......). Thanks to Massage Envy for taking care of these special men and women! ~j

To be relieved from stress would be a great gift for Military personnel through the free massage. The program is indeed helpful to our heroes. My father is a veteran and I always asked him to go here and be re freshened by our therapists.

This is a very good gesture, it reminds me that some people still care in a world driven by profits. I especially like the fact that the veterans will get massages to releive stress but also their families will get one too. Thanks for making a difference.
